Before he started his first own consulting firm in 2006, Benjamin worked for some internationally recognized consultancies as a consultant and project leader. His individual background comprises university studies in business administration as well as more than a decade of international business experience in consulting & recruiting throughout engineering based industries.

Ellen is serving our clients by contributing to our recruitment projects as project lead. She has gained proficient expertise in handling direct search and recruitment initiatives throughout various professional areas and engineering based industries. Before starting her career in human capital consulting, Ellen worked for an international non-profit organization as project leader. Her individual background also comprises a university degree in International Management.

Yvonne is serving our clients by contributing to our recruitment projects as project lead. She has gained proficient expertise in handling direct search and recruitment initiatives throughout various professional areas and engineering based industries. Before starting her career in human capital consulting, Yvonne worked within the pharma and health care industry as Customer Service Manager. Her individual background also comprises a degree in business administration.
